Welcome to Survival Arena Simulator for iOS ("we," "our," "us," or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience with our mobile application. Personal Information
Survival Arena Simulator does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personally identifiable information.

User-Generated Content
The App allows you to create custom tributes, arenas, and simulations. All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if you enable iCloud sync). We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your user-generated content on our servers.
How We Use Information
The limited, anonymous usage data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App
- To improve, optimize, and expand the App's features
- To understand how users interact with the App
- To diagnose and fix technical issues and bugs
- To develop new features and functionality
- To ensure the App is working properly on different devices and iOS versions
We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, or any other purposes not listed above.
Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
All your simulations, tributes, and arenas are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your user-generated content (tributes, arenas, simulations) will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
- Stored in your personal iCloud storage space
- Accessible only to you and your authorized devices
- Subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Security Measures
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any data processed by the App. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
Survival Arena Simulator uses the following Apple services and frameworks:
- iCloud: Optional cloud sync for your simulations (user-controlled, subject to Apple's privacy policy)
- CloudKit: Framework for iCloud functionality (no personal data collected)
- App Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics provided by Apple (user-controlled via iOS settings)
We do not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or tracking tools. The App is completely ad-free and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information from any users, the App is safe for users of all ages.
Parents and guardians should note that the App contains simulated battle content inspired by The Hunger Games and may not be suitable for very young children.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Data Control
You have complete control over your data in Survival Arena Simulator:
- Local Data: You can delete all locally stored simulations and data by deleting the App from your device
- iCloud Data: You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App settings or delete your iCloud data through iOS Settings
- Analytics: You can opt out of sharing usage data by disabling "Share iPhone Analytics" in your iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, since we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, most CCPA provisions do not apply to our App. We do not sell personal information and never have.
European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect personal information, most GDPR provisions do not apply. However, you have the right to contact us with any questions about data processing.
Do Not Track
The App does not track users across different applications or websites. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technologies. The App respects your privacy and operates entirely offline except for optional iCloud sync.
International Users
Survival Arena Simulator is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, your data stays in your control and is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction and Apple's data practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
